Beach Buggy Racing is a kart racing and casual game offered by Vector Unit. It has more than a hundred million downloads on the Play Store with a 4.5 rating out of 5. It’s also an offline game so you won’t need an internet connection to play this game.

About Beach Buggy Racing

In this game, you will race against other racers on off-road tracks using your kart. There will be a total of 6 racers and 2 laps in a level. On the track, you will see glowy bubbles containing a random power-up. You can drive through these bubbles to get a power-up. You can only have one power-up at a time and use it anytime you want to take advantage in the race.

Blow up the opponents, make them slip on the oil, set up a spring trap for them, or hit them so hard that they lose control. Do anything you can to reach the finish line before them. Winning conditions depend on the race type such as race, duel, elimination, boost blitz, etc. Depending on your rank and performance, you will get up to 3 stars. Stars are required to unlock the next levels.

On winning a level, you will earn coins. If you manage to get three stars, you will also get gems & tickets as rewards. You can use the gems to unlock power-ups and buy coins & refill tickets. And tickets are needed to start a level.

Controls

Beach Buggy Racing comes with three control schemes. You can choose your preferred control scheme to play the game. These schemes are Tilt and two-button schemes. In the tilt controls, you have to tilt your device to steer the car and tap anywhere on the screen for brakes. In the button controls, tap on the left or right side to steer the car in the respective direction, and tap on the button corners for brakes.

The third control scheme has the steer buttons at the bottom left corner and the brake button at the bottom right corner. This game also has gamepad controller compatibility. You can connect the gamepad and play the game with ease.

10 Drivers with Unique Abilities

There are 10 amazing drivers in Beach Buggy. You can choose to play with any driver like Benny, Disco Jimmy, McSkelly, Rez, Roxie, etc. Each driver has a unique ability. Rez has the burning rubber ability that gives a boost to his car with burning tires. It also left a burning trail behind. Any opponent driving on that trail will be stopped and rolled.

Benny throws multiple huge carrots that explode on contact. B’Zorop has the best ability out of all drivers. His ability swaps you with the car ahead of you. To unlock these amazing drivers, you have to beat them in a duel race. You can also use gems to instantly unlock them.

Use 25+ Power-ups to Beat Opponents

It includes 25+ unique power-ups. There are rockets, spiked tires, tiki seeker, earth strike, tornado, hydra, death bat, boost, shield, oil slick, lightning strike, low gravity, and many more. My favorite power-up out of these is the death bat. It targets & blows up the player in the first place and everyone who comes in its path. Using the oil sleek power-up, you can make other racers slip on the track to slow them down. Unlock these power-ups to use in the races.
